The Peaceful Release Workshop: Let Go & Step Into What’s Next
In this immersive workshop, you will learn to gracefully release whatever stands between you and the life you want to create—whether that’s old resentments, limiting patterns, painful stories, or relationships that have ended or evolved.
Through guided practices that blend reflection, meditation, and embodiment, you’ll move through three powerful phases:
Identify & Acknowledge
Discover what you’re truly ready to release. You’ll learn a new way of accepting difficult emotions—one that doesn’t require you to love or embrace them, only to see them clearly. Through journaling, you’ll identify what you’ve been tolerating, reclaim your power, and make amends to yourself for the ways you may have abandoned your own needs.
Release & Transform
Through guided meditation and reflective practices, you’ll release the emotional charge around what you’re letting go of. You’ll transform victim stories into wisdom, break free from old patterns, and create space for something new to emerge.
Embody & Step Forward
Experience a powerful embodiment practice to step into who you’re becoming. Rather than just thinking about change, you’ll feel it in your body—living from your highest self instead of old wounds. You’ll leave with clarity, completion, and a felt sense of liberation.
