After the session, you will receive a personalized healing imprint to listen to daily for the next 25 days for a powerful rewriting of your subconscious mind, heart, and soul.

Once the HH session is completed, we will meet again for a 50 minute coaching session to help your conscious work with your healed subconscious. Working towards specific goals and intentional healing.
